Is 2020 the year you vow to flex your creative muscle? Was a Blue Peter badge your childhood dream but you’ve always needed a hand in the art department? Are you new to town? Or simply looking for nourishment on a gloomy Tuesday evening?
Look no further: Craft Punk is the super friendly, super relaxed crafting gang with an emphasis on Making Things, bringing people together, and Prosecco.
Each month a different craft punk member leads an informal session on a different craft. For February, learn how to embroider your own piece of hoop art. All materials are provided – just bring your fierce selves, your fiercest opinions, and your hands. Your beautiful bare hands.
Started by a group of new friends who wanted to build an open space to be creative, meet fresh faces and celebrate positive, empowering conversation, Craft Punk is a not-for-profit for people of all genders, sexualities, ages, backgrounds, races and abilities. Everyone and anyone is welcome. Workshops are designed to be fun for all levels. No artistic bones or arty-fartiness required.
